Investors

PlayJam is backed by major blue-chip investors GameStop Ventures, Cox Communications and Adobe Ventures as well as venture capital firm Endeavour. The company has also secured strategic investment from two Chinese partners, Innoplay and Avit PLC providing privileged access to the world's second largest market, one which has recently been de-regulated and is experiencing meteoric growth.

Jasper Smith

Director

Jasper is an experienced and successful entrepreneur. He co-founded Static 2358 (the predecessor to PlayJam) which raised £9.8 million in venture capital. The company was sold for $69 million.

Jasper also founded and ran Optimistic Entertainment Plc, which produced approximately 24,000 hours of game shows for various TV broadcasters in the UK, France, and the USA. Prior to Static 2358, Jasper worked in senior management roles within BSkyB and Telenor.

Kasper Hunt

Kasper has spent much of his career developing cutting edge technology including several full stack digital (SaaS) and physical (Console) store platforms.

He is a software engineer and systems architect with a strong background in embedded systems, having previously run worldwide R&D for an industry leading PCB/ATE manufacturer working with high profile customers including Apple, Raytheon, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Foxconn and Cisco.

Anthony has led a number of start-up and early-stage businesses across a wide range of sectors, each with a strong technology theme.

With postings in the UK, US, Australia and Croatia he has an established international commercial background with a focus on delivering transformation and growth resulting in a number successful SME exits.
